Capturing the proposed second-floor sightlines over the Hillsboro Club campus — a precise aerial reference to support the clubhouse design study.
The Brief
As the existing single-story clubhouse is reimagined with a second story, the design team needs to see what that elevated vantage actually reveals across the campus. This engagement places the camera at 18 feet above the pool deck — the proposed floor height — from three defined positions, documenting the views the new clubhouse will command.
The value here isn't a quantity of frames — it's accuracy. Each capture is positioned to give the team and the client a true, dependable reference for evaluating height and outlook as the design develops.
Scope of Work
A single scheduled flight at the Hillsboro Club, working across three defined positions, coordinated with your team on arrival.
Four orientations from each of the three marked positions at 18′ — capturing the outlook in every meaningful direction the new floor will face.
Each position flown to 18 feet above the pool-deck datum, representing the proposed second-floor sightlines as faithfully as conditions allow.
Light editing for color and clarity, delivered as high-resolution files via private gallery.
Deliverables
Four orientations from each of the three positions at 18′, edited for color and clarity.
Downloadable, shareable with your team and the client for design review.
Following a successful flight, weather permitting.

Weather contingency included. Aerial work depends on safe, clear conditions. Should the scheduled date be unflyable, a return visit is included at no additional cost — we simply reschedule to the first clear window.
Usage. Images are licensed for Northworks' design, presentation, and portfolio use on this project. Should the completed clubhouse later require dedicated marketing or listing imagery, that is handled as a separate engagement.
Payment in full confirms and reserves your shoot date.
Before We Fly
Captures will be made at 18 feet above the pool deck, per your team's direction, from the three positions marked on the site plan. That spec is locked, so the flight can be executed precisely on the day.
Aerial work depends on safe, clear conditions, and the current outlook for the planned morning isn't ideal. Thank you for the flexibility on timing — I'll watch the forecast and we can settle on the first clear window that works for both of us. The included return visit means there's no cost either way.
